Autograss & Grass-Track Car Fabricators and Builders
Full-On-Fabrications welcomes you to this website. Located in the grounds of a rural golf course on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. We occupy 3 large industrial units, one is dedicated to shot blasting vehicle shells(upto 60ft long if necessary). The second unit is a fully equipped fabrication workshop where all the interesting work is done and the third unit is used as a spray booth and office.

We use a CNC plasma cutter, specialist pipe bender, MIG and stick welders as well as having a Lathe and Milling machine to hand. Our grass track cars are build from scratch using either your own plans or we design them ourselves - you could always go for one of our proven designs.

The proprietors of Full-On-Fabrications, James Hesleton(known as Hessy on the track) has been involved in grass tracking for over 18 years.

Learning the sport from the ground up going through the rankings as juniors at the age of 14 to present day, they rarely miss the opportunity to attend meets and show off their latest project. With a group of like minded mechanics, welders, fabricators and the best bodywork and paint specialist in the area 'Team Full On' are well equipped to carry out the most challenging of projects.

Our Twin R1 Engined Mini with nearly 300bhp
The most popular style of Autograss car we build is a rear wheel drive twin bike engine mini.

Dyno'd at just under 300bhp it is capable of 0-60 in 3.83 seconds and has a top speed in excess of 160mph (not that you'd ever want to go that quick in one!).

Weighing in at a little under 800kgs this monster is definately no slouch. In our workshops we have 2 or 3 of these cars in production at any one time, with customers ranging from one man racers to champion Autograss teams wishing to extend their fleet of grassers.
